Coaching is offered as a structured series, typically of six sessions. Each session has a beginning, middle, and end; often concluding with a concrete action or plan to be implemented by you before the next session. Step by step, we work towards your broader objective.

Coaching is charged at £85.00 per 60-minute session. This is my standard hourly fee across all services.
You can choose the frequency that suits you, within a 14-day period. I offer time slots on a first come, first served basis, and you are welcome to book at the end of each session or by email.
No. There are different types of coaching. Skill-based coaching is more directive and may involve teaching or advice. In transformative coaching, I may ask questions, reflect back what I hear, and summarise, but I will not give advice. This approach is best suited to those who want support in finding their own solutions.
Yes, all services can be tailored to your needs. We can agree on coaching as the basic framework for our work, while drawing on my skills in therapy or hypnotherapy where helpful. Just let me know, and we can adjust.
I am an accredited transformative coach with Senior Practitioner Accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
