Solution-Focused Counselling is a very practical therapy. Think of this as “doing therapy”, rather than “talking therapy”. Together we will explore the present circumstances contributing to the obstacles you face, and identify solutions that can move you towards the future you want.

Designed to help you overcome a defined obstacle or change a specific behaviour in a contained way. Broader life issues can be acknowledged, but the main goal is a practical solution to one issue as soon as possible.

A Plan That Fits Your Needs

We can agree on a number of sessions, tailored to your needs. These usually range between six and twenty. Each session includes a variety of hands-on tools, including methods from cognitive behavioural therapy.
