You may have come here because you are feeling lost, or going through a crisis in life. Maybe some experiences have left you overwhelmed. Or else you might feel stuck and struggling to feel motivated. You might find it hard to express your needs to those around you.

Or maybe you have a clear project in sight but does not know how to get there. You may also be trying to pin down what that project really is, needing help to figure out what is it that you want.

Or even, you may find yourself overall satisfied with life, and all you need are small tweaks and adjustments to what you already have. Life is always in flux and maybe you realised that rebalancing priorities and making decisions is a continuous process.

No matter where you are at in this wide spectrum, rest assured that nothing is too small or too big. Coaching can help by bringing more calmness and tranquillity in life. It helps us by clarifying thoughts and feelings, to ourselves and to others.

What to expect:

Clients merely bring issues which they temporarily cannot address alone. This is fine, and it is perfectly normal to lean on other people’s experience to overcome challenges.

As your coach, I will create an empathetic and safe space, where you can truly be yourself. My coaching is a refreshing dialogue, which will leave you feeling heard and understood.

Over time, you may find that inner blocks which used to hold you back just dissolve away, as you gradually unlock all your potential. This can be achieved through a variety of tools which I can make use of during our sessions.

Style

Modality

My style is rooted in the Humanistic modality, which emphasises trust, cooperation and client autonomy.

Rather than recorded materials and packages, I deliver one-to-one work only. Every session, I offer a tailored approach to each one of my clients. In my experience, there are many theories, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. And yet no single solution will fit everyone. Even though some issues can be experienced by many, each person’s sensibility, perception and even the path they tread are unique. Therefore, my method must meet the client, rather than the client fitting into it. For this reason, I am continually learning different techniques, which I blend during our sessions.

The basic premise across all work I do is that everyone can and will, under favourable conditions, flourish. Each one of our actions is motivated by a positive intent at heart. When there is suffering, we must look at the manifestation of our actions in the world and why they are not fulfilling our positive intentions. With my help, you can find a path which is authentic to you and implement it in your life.

Format

You can choose between these two options:

Short-term work:

  • Clients commit to a series of six sessions and we identify a general objective for the series.
  • In each session, we work on one smaller step, helping you move closer to the general objective.
  • We review your progress by the sixth session.

Open-ended work:

  • Sessions allow for one issue or more.
  • Work tends to be medium to long term.
  • I will help you identify psychological patterns and converge the different threads you bring to sessions.

Regardless of the format you choose, I will work on making you more independent, checking from time to time how is our work progressing. Together, we will discuss progress and eventually termination.
